At the start of April I decided to set myself a mini challenge. I love little challenges but this one did not go according to plan. My challenge was to use a different ingredient every day and take a photo of it for this post. Unfortunately I would get too wrapped up in the food and the moment, that I would forget to take a photo. So for a month of 30 days I don’t think it’s too bad that I came away with 15 ingredients that I remembered to photograph. It is quiet nice to look back over the month and see what ingredients I used and which ones kept popping up an a weekly basis. I would have to say, the top 2 ingredients for this month would have to be bacon and pasta. I used both rather frequently for some reason this month. The 15 other ingredients I used which I forgot to photograph were: 1-chocolate, 2-cream, 3-caramel, 4-rice, 5-chicken, 6-spinach, lettuce, 8-butternut, 9-raspberries, 10-beef, 11-ricotta, 12-chorizo, 13-salmon, 14-salt, 15-cabbage.
