This was incredibly easy to make and tasted fantastic! I love the combination of cream cheese and lemon curd and although I am not normally a fan of a fridge tarts, this is definitely one I would make again. This tart has a very crumbly biscuit base and the a smooth and creamy filling, piled high with the berries of your choice. I think I will be making this for my mum when I see her, if she hasn’t already made it for herself, as she loves lemon curd and I think she would enjoy every mouthful.
